FREE WordPress Child Theme for Twenty Ten: Salju

Happy Holiday! at the end of this year we want to share Free WordPress child themes with winter theme: “SALJU” means “snow”. Still using TwentyTen Theme as a Framework, just make a child theme. The most special in this theme is: this is tumblr style. Credits to the Pictos Icons from Woothemes, Ian Stewart on a one column madness Twenty Ten child theme, and the Tokokoo on background ever used in AppCloud e-Commerce WordPress Theme

Features:

A Twenty Ten Child Theme
Please use WordPress 3.0 or above
After installing WordPress 3.0, don’t delete “Twenty Ten” Theme on your hosting
Tumblr Like with 7 tags: Text, Photo, Chat, Link, Quote, Audio, Video
Custom drop-down menus

Using Arvo font from Google font API for title

Excellent! Some help please (but I’ll probably figure it out when I have time): How do I change the background in the header? When I change the background image spec, the background on the topmost part of the screen — where the animated snow is it seems — doesn’t change and still appears as usual. Thanks.

thanks for sharing.. very nice design.. sometimes less is more right? dont know when can implemented at my website. Looking for a design similar to tastespotting whereby users can submit their pix, recipe, pictures etc and linking to their own blog@website. Hi there. Thanks for this theme. How can one change the loop posts to show just the excerpt instead of the content? I also have the same question as @wordpreneur.

Figured it out. Everywhere that says “content” , I switched to “excerpt”

Can’t get WP_folksonomy to work with this.

Figured Folsonomy out. It works only on posts that already have tags, comments must be allowed, and goes in page.php despite the following only being fpund in the loop.
